The transactional emails as they render today, in the RESI and Climate Blueprint skins. The copies Supabase sends are pushed from these same files, so what you see is what arrives.

The sites are public; the workspace is invited. Ask M. Scott Vogel for an invite and it arrives by email from RESI with a link that signs you in. Nothing to install, no password to invent.
Signed in on the RESI site, the icons at the top right open your workspace: Settings and your Record Room, a Notebook you can share note by note, and Chat with the team. Your profile is also your public presence on the People page, so keeping your name, role and links current keeps the site current.
Admins also see the Repository and Config sections: the people and organisation records behind the site, page copy, and feature switches. If a panel will not let you correct something, that is an access tier question; ask Scott.
Under everything above sits one PostgreSQL database. Not a CMS bolted on afterwards: the people, the organisations, the report, the territories and every observation about them live in one relational model the sites read directly.
What it took to get here, measured from the repository on 2 September 2026. Every file below was written for this project; none of it is a template.
